Battleground Kia is excited to announce that Kia has joined forces with DC Entertainment and is creating seven vehicles to represent each member of the Justice League and one custom car that will be auctioned off to raise money for We Can Be Heroes,

We Can Be Heroes is a humanitarian organization that helps raise awareness and funds concerning the hunger crisis in the Horn of Africa.

Each member of the Justice League, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg, has been matched to a Kia vehicle based on the character traits and will be unveiled over the next ten months at five major events in the United States, including major auto shows and comic-cons.

While no auto shows or comic-cons come directly to Greensboro, the NC Comicon will be held a little less than an hour away in Durham, NC on November 17, 2012 and November 18, 2012. For more information about NC Comicon schedule of events, please visit http://www.conventionscene.com/2012/01/20/nc-comicon-november-2012/.

In addition to the seven vehicles inspired by the individual superheroes, the eighth vehicle will represent each member of the Justice League and will be auctioned off to raise money for the cause. Kia will customize “We Can Be Heroes” license plates, signage, collateral materials and in-vehicle video displays to help raise additional money for the cause.

The partnership between Kia and DC Entertainment will benefit “We Can Be Heroes.” “We Can Be Heroes” helps fight the hunger crisis in the Horn of Africa.
